We have put into place the tools with which we can manage and direct the wise growth to which we are committed—Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Regulations and ordinances designed to make transparent the requirements needed to develop the City within the confines of reason and order. The key to this is the willingness of all parties to have thorough and productive dialogue based on these tools.

We are fortunate in having developers who have chosen to cooperate closely with us to streamline and refine the development process, avoiding the pitfalls that can come about when there is no roadmap for the process.
