We stayed at what I would call a Miami Vice style house - contemporary, with clean lines and tons of windows and rightly named ‘Atlantic Grand’. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on Butler Beach. Right across the street from the house you will find a sandy short trail to the ocean and if you have tons of toys for the children to carry you can drive on the beach as access is right around the corner.

The impressive, large 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths home has a gourmet kitchen and exotic marble countertops and was much more than we expected. Decorated in a variety of pale relaxing colors, furnished with comfortable and beautiful furniture and offers wide open spaces with views you dream of.

As you enter the spacious family room your breath is taken away by the vast ocean view. Wall to wall French doors open to a huge deck that overlooks the St. Augustine coast. Ocean breezes gently blow in as you relax in this beautifully home.

The master bedroom adjoins a deluxe master bath that includes a Jacuzzi. Downstairs are two large guest bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom, laundry room, (that I must say is very handy at the beach) and a large game room with air hockey and foosball, just perfect for those rainy days.

One evening the kids and I rented a movie and watched it in the family room. Wow, the surround sound was just as good as being at the movies, the kids loved it! Televisions are located in all 3 bedrooms. The house has a fabulous sound system that plays throughout the house and can be turned on and off in different zones.

You can only imagine how hard it was to pack and leave. These beach homes are the perfect place for family reunions, get-a-ways and any other reason you can think of to pamper yourself. All beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Visit their website and take a virtual tour of each home.
