Excellence in Dentistry, With Personal Caring PDF Print E-mail
Looking back in time, dentists performed procedures that made you feel uncomfortable, and because of this, many people are afraid of going to the dentist. Today, there is a dental office where you can receive quality dentistry and feel good about it. Willow Walk Family Dentistry specializes in excellence in dentistry with personal caring. Cynthia D. Haug, DMD, Michelle L. Orris, DMD, and Britt Bovio, DMD believe in relationships and helping their patients achieve superior oral health.

At WWFD, they provide quality care by meeting and exceeding the needs of their patients. The patients agree. Patient, Jennifer Stettner, says "The Dentists and staff are skilled and compassionate. I had a lot of reservations, but they explain everything, give options, and together, we choose the best treatment for me. I love that they listen to me. Also, I enjoy my visits, which are filled with friendly conversations and laughter. They are truly caring."

WWFD offers not only general dentistry, but root canal therapy, full mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and a wide variety of services. They have a state of the art facility in a comfortable setting. Plasma televisions, DVD’s, headphones, blankets, and massaging chairs are offered to help make your visit a pleasurable experience. For patients that are nervous or fearful of dental procedures, nitrous oxide sedation is available. Patient, Amy Barrett, is appreciative of their calming techniques; "I hate getting shots. They are great at soothing you; they tell you to stretch your legs as they softly count to distract you as local anesthetic is given. They are amazing."

At WWFD, they treat you as if you are part of their family. Dr. Cynthia Haug is the mother of two beautiful children, Peyton and Sim. They are active members of the Queen of Peace Catholic Community. They are very involved with the sports programs and especially love to play basketball and soccer. Dr. Michelle Orris is married to her high school sweetheart, Steve Orris. Steve is a strength and conditioning coach for the University of Florida baseball and softball teams. They also enjoy participating in sports and exercise, whether it is at the YMCA or Gainesville Health and Fitness Center. The Orris' also have fun with their English Bulldog, Sirena. Dr. Orris hugs her dog, saying, "We love Sirena. She is beautiful and lazy, yet playful and loving. We are excited because Sirena will be joined by a new family member." The Orris' are expecting their first child this October of 2007! Another part of the growing family is the newest addition to Willow Wal k Family Dentistry, Dr. Britt Bovio. Dr. Bovio has been practicing dentistry in the Gainesville area for the past year. She is an excellent Dentist, and is even more excellent with children, as she also works with the Dixie County Health Department. She is married to Dr. Ian Bovio, who is a medical resident in Pathology.

Dr. Orris smiles, "We (the dentists and staff) have a great time working together, but we also have an amazing time together outside of work. We love to eat and shop at our favorite local Gainesville restaurants and stores, cheer at UF games, and attend community events. We truly care for each other." Dr. Haug adds, "We value our patients with the same care, because they are a part of our family."

Willow Walk Family Dentistry invites you to become a part of their family, to experience excellence in dentistry with personal caring.
