“We are very excited to be in Alachua. The residents and business people here have been extremely welcoming. We thought that the brand of Holiday Inn Express Hotels was a perfect fit for the City of Alachua and since we know this brand well from an operation and construction standpoint. The City of Alachua needed a quality mid-scale brand and with the Bio-Tech and government business flourishing in this area it made it a no brainer, and we are happy to say that we have employed 25 local staff.” said Jessica Neville, VP of Operations.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alachua-Gainesville hotel features the brand’s newest design solution which was created to meet the evolving needs of the brand’s target guest. The design features an appealing combination of fresh, energetic and engaging elements, creating a distinctive style that is evident at every touch point of the Holiday Inn Express brand experience. The property has a variety of room types available, both standard and suites and king, queen and handicap accessible. The room type spilt is about 75/25 with 75% of the rooms being 2 Queens and 25% being King.
